Let A La Carte Tours & Events be your foraging guide in Hampshire, the Cotswolds, Kent, or in London! With a professional and experienced forager to lead the way.
You will get to go out and forage for seasonal ingredients… Foraging for mushrooms, foraging for herbs, foraging for plants… whatever it might be. It is exciting to know that what you go foraging for will change from season to season. As, usually, we try to seasonally forage as much as possible, so it will depend on when you book this tour for, as to the types of foods that you will be cooking with. Additionally, the foraging tour depends on the location of it too.
As it should be, all the food that you go foraging for, will be cooked with and enjoyed – it is ever so much more satisfying when you know the means of how you found and foraged it, before you cooked it!
When you get to cook with the ingredients that you have found, this will usually be outside, and you get to cook onsite and eat what you have gathered on the day with the forager.
What’s included…
An experienced forager will show you how to forage, and you get to forage for yourself in a specific location.
Once you have found all of the ingredients required to cook what is on the menu, you will cook the food you have foraged in the wild, and enjoy it there and then.
